Pathological Fracture ·          Fracture of weak bone due to underlying disease. ·          Excessive force not needed. ·          Risk of non-union ·          Eg: Metastasized bone Stress Fracture ·          Break in bony trabeculae due to chronic repetitive injury. ·          May not be visible in X-rays. ·          Present only as pain.
